1. Who we are

ApocaPack ("we", "us") operates https://www.apocapack.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at apocapack@hotmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.
• Assessment answers and score — stored in your own browser so you can revisit your results.
• Usage data — pages viewed, assessment progress and affiliate link clicks, used in aggregate to improve the site.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and device information, processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not collect special category data.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To send you preparedness emails you asked for — consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time.
• To reply to your enquiries — legitimate interests in responding to you.
• To keep the site secure, working and improving — legitimate interests in running a safe, useful service.
• To measure affiliate referrals — legitimate interests in understanding which recommendations are useful.

4. Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions: our website hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. If you click an affiliate link, you leave our site and Amazon's own privacy policy applies to what happens next. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and removed within 30 days of your request. Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may be kept indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email apocapack@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls at our hosting provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
